NEW! Three add-ons are now offered:

30 Minutes Of Specific Physical Training Exercises : $50

*An essential part of healing is having the capacity to take care of yourself*

Prior to your scheduled massage, receive 30 minutes of training to help heal what specifically  ails you.

With my background in Pilates, dance and years of physical training, I have an arsenal of  exercises to bring to you. Learning what you need and knowing what to do can be  empowering: Liberate yourself from the feeling of helplessness that arises when in pain.

You’ll acquire body tools to help accelerate your recovery from flare ups and injury. This may  include core strengthening, muscle toning, stability exercises, stretching, nerve flossing and  alignment and body mechanics education.

40 Minute TMJ Session: $100

*Speak Your Truth*

A focused session of just TMJ work. If you are having particular issues with your jaw and tightness or pain, a shorter more focused session may be very helpful.

15 or 30 Minute Post Massage Nap: $15/ $30

*The body does important healing work during sleep*

Clients always ask when the massage comes to a close:

“Can I just take a nap now?” “Can I just lay here for the night?” “Do I have to get up?”

I asked myself: “Well, why not?”

The body does important healing work during sleep. A post-massage nap would be very restorative, giving the body time to absorb and integrate the work you just received.

You will be gently awakened by your favorite massage therapist with a cup of herbal tea, before she sends you newly restored into the world.

“I have been a client of Wendy’s for several years. I first saw her on the
recommendation of my chiropractor. She has proved herself to be an
exceptional massage therapist, demonstrating outstanding technique and an impressive knowledge of anatomy. She tailors the massage based on what’s going on with my body and offers stretching suggestions for me to do at home. Wendy is very personable, which in and of itself makes each appointment a pleasure.”
